Eight shop units are housed at the medium-sized Ocean Retail Park, which is on Burrfields Road, just off the A2030 Eastern Road in Portsmouth, across from Admiral Lord Nelson School on Dundas Lane. The Metal Box factory, which was erected in 1952 and shut down in September 1985, once stood on the site.
